bnimbl LLC sends text messages to people who request them through a form on this website. Messages relate to appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to an inquiry you started, and follow-up about a service you asked about. We do not send marketing texts to people who have not asked for them, and we never sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

You opt in by checking an unchecked consent box on a bnimbl web form, or by texting our business number first. The consent box appears on these pages, directly above the submit button, next to the phone number field:

• bnimbl.com/start/plan/activate — activate a selected plan
• bnimbl.com — free consultation popup on the homepage
• bnimbl.com/contact — general inquiry form

The checkbox is never pre-checked, and it reads: “I agree to receive text messages from bnimbl about my appointment and inquiry, including confirmations and reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” We store the exact wording you agreed to along with the date and time.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from bnimbl — you can always reach us by phone or email instead.

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity — typically a confirmation plus reminders around a scheduled call, and replies while a conversation is open. Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier. bnimbl does not charge for text messages.

Reply STOP to any message to stop all further texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and we will not text you again unless you opt back in by replying START or by contacting us again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and message delivery is not guaranteed.
